We endeavour to collect Personal and Business Information about an individual only from that individual or an authorised representative. Information We obtain from third parties or publicly available sources is limited to circumstances where the person has consented.

Generally, Users are only obliged to provide Us with information necessary for Us to provide services to them. Personal and Business Information We collect may be accessed by employees and contractors of service providers who We engaged to provide services to Us. Removal of Personal and Business Information
Unless otherwise required by Law, we only retain your Personal and Business Information for as long as You are a party to Our Subscription Agreement. Upon cancellation of Your Subscription We will store Your Personal and Business Information for a period of thirty (30) days’ and upon expiration of this period, it is erased.


3.3

Performance Metrics
Notwithstanding the above, We will store and utilise Your business performance metrics (BPM), as calculated by Us as we see fit. BPMs are anonymous and cannot be traced back to You or Your Personal and Business Information.
